Your body is in a constant state of releasing, burning, and storing fatty acids . A triglyceride is three fatty acids held by a glycerol backbone. The three fatty acids can be any combination of saturated or unsaturated, so there’s no major difference in storage of different types of fatty acids (aside from maybe medium chain triglycerides).

The ratio of how much fat you are storing versus how much you are burning and releasing is based on your overall calorie intake. If you overeat, you will store more than your burn ( Fat Decimator ). If you undereat and/or exercise, you will oxidize more than you store.
